Adhere to the syllabus and classroom policy, and notify parents and the CDC immediately of any necessary changes via email or in writing. 3. Respect the Statement of Faith in regard to all discussions held in class and defer any questionable discussions to the home and parents of the students. 4. Set-up your own classroom as needed, providing erasers, chalk, white board markers, white board erasers, markers for overhead, etc., if needed. 5. Immediately notify parents and the CDC as to any classrooms concerns about a student if a student repeatedly fails to complete homework, or when a student falls below a 70% grade point average in a quarter. 6. Excessive tardies and/or unexcused absences, as defined in teacher’s classroom policy, shall be viewed as a violation and is subject to co-op disciplinary procedures. 7. Complete grade and/or behavior information sheet, including a percentage grade for all 7th-12th grade classes, within one week of the end of each quarter. 8. Communicate with classroom assistants at least quarterly and get feedback on class effectiveness, classroom management or other concerns. Be open to constructive feedback. 9. Be proactive finding ways to help classroom assistants fulfill the Classroom Assistant Responsibilities. 10. Obtain a substitute teacher in the event you must be absent from class for any reason. 11. Maintain an expenditure record of classroom expenses and adhere to a copy/fee limit of $15.00 per student, unless permission has been given by the board to exceed such limit. 12. Do not assign homework over Fall, Christmas or Spring Break. 13. Adhere to the Dress Code and Conduct Code. 14. Follow procedures established by the board for *field trips* or co-op *events*. 15. Assist the clean-up crew by having each class of the day clean the room. 16. Enforce Fellowship rules and expectations in the class, on both Monday and Thursday campuses. I understand that failure to comply with these policies will jeopardize my privilege to participate in Fellowship Co-op. The Fellowship Board reserves the right to deny participation to any family or student.
